Continental 4-24x56 – This rifle scope for long-range precision

If you're looking for a rifle scope that truly performs at greater distances, then the Continental from Vector Optics is an excellent choice. This robust scope combines a variable magnification of 4-24x with a substantial objective lens of 56mm – ideal for those who want to maintain sharp vision, even when light conditions deteriorate.

What we think of this rifle scope

The Shogun team is impressed by the versatility of this scope. The First Focal Plane system ensures that your reticle scales perfectly with your magnification – handy when you want to switch quickly between overview and detail. And that illuminated reticle? That makes all the difference when you still want to aim during twilight.

Technology and optical performance

With a magnification of 4-24x and a lens diameter of 56mm, you gather plenty of light – even at maximum zoom, the image remains clear. The FFP (First Focal Plane) design means your range calculations are accurate at any magnification. The 34mm tube gives you extra adjustment range for windage and elevation, perfect for long distances.

The illuminated reticle is powered by a CR2032 battery and offers multiple brightness settings. The aluminium housing weighs 780 grams – solid enough for intensive use, but not unnecessarily heavy. For more technical details, check the 'More information' tab.

Mounting and compatibility

This rifle scope is supplied with Picatinny mounting rings of 34mm – this is the standard for airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles, which provides secure attachment and broad compatibility. You also receive a sunshade, spare turret cap, lens covers and a cleaning cloth. Everything you need to get started straight away.

Who is this rifle scope intended for?

The Continental is perfect for the serious sport shooter seeking accuracy at longer distances. Whether you're shooting with a PCP air rifle or using a firearm, this scope delivers. The large magnification range makes it suitable for both field target competitions and stationary shooting setups where precision counts. Thanks to the water and fog-resistant construction, you can rely on it even in changing weather conditions.
