Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56 FFP – This rifle scope for long-range precision

If you are serious about long-range shooting, this rifle scope is highly recommended. The Strike Eagle combines an impressive magnification range of 5-25x with a generous 56mm objective lens, ensuring a clear image even at dusk. The First Focal Plane design means your reticle scales with the magnification – extremely useful for quick range estimations.

Our opinion on this rifle scope

We are particularly impressed by the RevStop Zero System. After zeroing, you can lock the turrets at your zero point, so you can always return to your base setting. The 34mm tube also gives you extra room for elevation and windage adjustments – ideal when shooting at various distances. The illuminated reticle runs on a CR2032 battery and is subtle enough not to overpower your target image.

Technology and optical performance

With a magnification range of 5-25x and a 56mm objective lens, this rifle scope offers excellent light transmission. The First Focal Plane (FFP) parallax system ensures your reticle remains accurate at every magnification. The housing is made of aluminium and weighs 862 grams – robust enough to withstand recoil, but not too heavy for your setup.

The total length is 37 cm, making it suitable for various applications. The illuminated EBR-7C MRAD reticle is specifically designed for long-range precision. For more technical specifications, please refer to the 'More information' tab.

Vortex does include a comprehensive accessory package, including a sunshade for backlight performance, lens caps, a throw lever for quick magnification changes, and the adjustment tools.
